Andrew St. Cyr is an associate in the firm’s Transactional Real Estate Department. Andrew’s practice focuses on real estate and general business transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition of commercial real estate. Andrew’s experience includes drafting purchase and sale agreements, analyzing title, survey, and related due diligence documents, and representing borrowers in various real estate financing transactions.

Andrew earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School in 2019 and his Bachelor of Science in International Business and Economics from the College of Staten Island in 2013.
