We represent over 5,000 properties in New York City and handle real estate tax review issues at every stage of the administrative and judicial processes. Our tax certiorari group also works closely with our transactional and leasing attorneys to advise investors on the real estate tax aspects of prospective purchases and long-term leases. In addition to seeking adjustments to assessed values, the tax certiorari group works closely with the other transactional teams to advise investors on the tax aspects of prospective purchases.

Goldberg Weprin Finkel Goldstein LLP works with developers during the conversion process by preparing and filing offering plans and amendments and obtaining Attorney General Approval. GWFG also negotiates contracts of sale and closes title for both bulk sales and individual units.
