Anthony J. Schlur has over thirty years’ experience in the real estate industry involving a range of real estate matters concentrating in commercial leasing including office, retail, restaurant, warehouse, industrial and governmental lease transactions. In addition, a substantial part of his practice is devoted to ground lease, triple net, development and leasehold condominium transactions. He has represented client in leasing transactions involving millions of square feet in the greater New York region and beyond. Anthony’s diverse client base includes prominent real estate owners, families with substantial real estate holdings, neophyte tenants, real estate investment trusts, individual developers and other real estate companies. His extensive experience representing “both side of the lease” enables him to find unique solutions to solve seemingly intractable difficulties. Clients value his ability to find a path forward, avoid conflicts, preserve relationships as critical decisions are made to get the transaction completed.

Anthony joined Goldberg Weprin in 2010 and became a partner in 2014.

He has been an active member of Scarsdale Volunteer Firefighter Company 2 for the past fourteen years and the treasurer of the company for the past eight years.
