Mr. Cronk represents landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiation of leases for retail, office and industrial spaces, advises developers and adjoining landowners in New York City as to their rights and responsibilities related to neighbor access agreements, and is routinely involved in due diligence in connection with complex real estate transactions. Mr. Cronk regularly counsels clients regarding ground leases, assignments, subleases, terminations, guarantees, licensing agreements and subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements.
For ten years prior to joining Goldberg Weprin Finkel Goldstein LLP, Mr. Cronk represented Landlords, Tenants, purchasers and sellers in real estate transactions, leasing, court proceedings and administrative hearings in New York City.
Mr. Cronk obtained his law degree from Tulane University Law School and is licensed to practice law in New York.
