Jay Simens is the head of the firm’s residential real estate department. He has extensive experience representing developers, sellers and purchasers of luxury condominiums, cooperatives and single-family homes throughout New York City, Westchester and Long Island since 1993. His understanding of the needs of both sellers and purchasers is matched by an ability to navigate the complexities of any transaction and find creative, practical solutions to resolve client needs. Jay also has extensive expertise in negotiating and drafting complex contracts and leases.

Jay’s reputation is based on his commitment to providing exceptional service, ensuring that his clients’ legal rights are represented and protected and achieving a successful and stress-free transaction.

Jay earned his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the American University, Kogod School of Business.
