Katharine Finch, Partner, has twenty-five years of experience representing large-scale property owners and developers with contesting unlawful and excessive property assessments. She routinely counsels clients in obtaining tax abatements and exemptions through New York City's tax incentive programs. Before joining Goldberg Weprin, Ms. Finch spent most of her career at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf LLP, where she helped to secure millions of dollars in property tax benefits for its clients. Ms. Finch is a Director of the Real Estate Tax Review Bar Association and member of Committee on Condemnation and Tax Certiorari of the Association of the Bar of New York City. Ms. Finch was named among the "Women in Real Estate 2015" by the New York Real Estate Journal. She received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A. from Boston College.
