Kelly Molloy has over twenty years advising clients in sophisticated commercial real estate deals, including financings, property acquisitions and dispositions, and leasing of office, retail and warehouse space. Her experience includes residential and mixed-use condominiums, office buildings, film studios, retail stores and residential properties. She assists clients through every phase and across the full range of issues impacting their real estate business and properties.

Prior to law school, Kelly spent nine years on active duty as a U.S. Army Aviation officer and helicopter pilot, earning several coveted medals and an honorable discharge upon completion of her service. As a proud member of the 82nd Airborne Division, she was the first woman in the U.S. Army to fly the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior.

Kelly earned her Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law. She is an active member of the New York State Bar, and is also admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut.
