Kevin Nash is the chair of the Bankruptcy Group at GWFG and is a well respected leader in the area of bankruptcy law with more than 30 years experience. Mr. Nash regularly counsels individuals and entities on debt restructuring matters including representing corporate and individual debtors in bankruptcy (in Chapters 11, 7 and 13). Kevin is a proud graduate of Fordham University School of Law.
