Matthew Hearle is a partner in the firm’s commercial litigation group. His high volume and diverse practice consists of all phases of commercial and real estate litigation from inception through appeals. He represents real estate owners and developers across the spectrum of commercial and real estate disputes, including those involving contracts, business torts and business divorces, UCC enforcement, title claims, partnership disputes, license and access agreements, construction and foreclosures. His decades of experience have brought him before courts on matters as diverse as property boundary disputes in the Bronx to a federal trademark trial and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Clients rely of his draftsmanship, analyses and advocacy to resolve their disputes as economically and efficiently as possible. He has been with the firm since 2002.
