Samuel Katz is an Associate in the firm’s Transactional Real Estate Department, specializing in the structuring of real estate transactions. He represents clients in joint venture agreements and handles a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including sales, acquisitions, development, refinancings, and restructurings.

Samuel earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University Law School in 2021 and his Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016
