Sergio J. Tuero is an associate in the firm’s Transactional Real Estate Department. Mr. Tuero concentrates on serving clients in various capacities, including real estate sales and acquisitions, financings, and organizational structuring and documentation of corporations and limited liability companies.

Mr. Tuero received his Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University, and his law degree from Fordham Law School. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Federal District Courts for the Southern District of New York.
